We are looking for a Windows Desktop Specialist to our team focused on IT infrastructures supporting customers in multinational environment.

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Elementary (A2) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Number of years of experience


Personality requirements and skills

• Degree in computer science, communications engineering or a comparable apprenticeship with practical experience in an ICT environment
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and platforms (e.g. Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM), ITIL Service Management, PowerShell and experience with ticket systems
• Experience in the technical operation of Microsoft Windows based systems and end devices
• Experience in the administration of desktop environments
• Excellent customer and service focus as well as team skills
• Independent and well-structured way of working
• Willingness to travel
• Hands-on mentality, holistic thinking, team spirit, reliability and a high level of service orientation

Nice to have:
• Knowledge of GPO, Autopilot, Windows Hello, Biometric, Registry
• Experience with Software Deployment via Ivanti (DSM)
