Senior IT Recruiter / Recruitment Coordinator

We are looking for a committed, team-oriented, and persuasive member to strengthen our internal HR team in the Košice office.

Your tasks:
- Active search and direct approach of candidates in the IT sector
- General applicant management (examination of application documents, coordination of appointments, contract management, etc.)
- Conducting and controlling professional interviews and ensuring efficient, binding and promising communication with applicants
- Creation of requirement profiles and job advertisements
- Active participation in the further expansion of recruiting
- Establishment of relationships with the customers - being their partner and 1st contact in the whole IT-Impulse recruiting process
- Coordinating 4 recruiters and recruitment activities in our other branches (Bulgaria, Spain, Portugal)
- Support for special tasks and upcoming projects
