On a typical day you will:
Craft and execute a clear product strategy and roadmap, optimizing sales volumes and spearheading the acquisition of new partnerships.
Establish and communicate sales budgets and targets, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
Lead market research efforts to inform product development and identify potential partnership opportunities.
Serve as the key liaison with vendors, aligning their contributions with our company’s strategic direction.
Drive sales across the product line, develop and maintain a robust channel/customer database, and oversee targeted marketing programs and activities.
Ensure accurate stock management, supporting long-term revenue and profitability goals.
Motivate and manage a team, setting KPIs, and fostering an environment of empowerment and ownership.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
