Job Overview
Provide technical and general accounting services in accordance with IQVIA Finance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), Sarbanes-Oxley rules and financial reporting requirements of the business unit (e.g. local GAAP).
Essential Functions
Processing and Validation of Third Party invoices in Coupa and SAP
Coordination and execution of daily operations on Accounts Payable
Support of AP Monthly Closings
Resolution of internal stakeholders and vendors inquiries
Perform special projects in the field of automation and process simplification
Provide Reports for Manager
Perform Other Duties as assigned

University education (Bachelor's degree)

English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree
3-5 years working experiences, preferably Accounting, AP or Procurement
Knowledge of SAP, Experience with Service Now, Coupa or different Procurement System welcome
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Data analysis and manipulation skills.
Ability to exercise judgment within procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree
