Job Overview:

New position request. As part of the Digital Products Finance Organization this role will assist the Associate Finance Director responsible for the PCS (Patient Center Solutions and Cronos) Business in managing numerous financial initiatives and responsibilities associated with this Global Business. Critical activities include reporting, book close, forecast and budget entry, master data management, Order to revenue modeling, Resource controls, and presentation prep. PCS is currently over $47M in Global Revenue with aggressive growth potential, and roughly 230 Global FTEs.

Essential Functions"

-Serve as a support for general financial planning and analysis for a global business unit.
-Recommends and implements system solutions for the budget and forecast processes.
-Monitors and reports on areas of operational risk and/or opportunity.
-Review and perform month end activities by NOE. Record accruals and reclass entries accordingly (including recharges to other BUs and SW deferrals calcs).
-Analyze and maintain schedule of Prepaids by vendor and agree with GL monthly postings. Hygiene in SAP accounts (up to date and accuracy) and flow into Hyperion.
-Create and maintain Coupa POs; do ad-hoc follow ups with business owners.
-Maintain CC’s structure and Cost rates in EBX and PSA.
-Create and maintain financial ad-hoc analysis (especially for granular revenue) for business and DPO leaders.
-Headcount forecasting and reporting – Workday info in Hyperion.
-Serve as a support for changes in Forecasting/Planning
-Analyzes monthly forecasts and revenue results to identify key growth drivers and trends.
-Research and reports on ad hoc information requests.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent in Finance/Accounting.
-Between 2 and 4 years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, accounting, and finance.
-Experience in financial systems and databases (Hyperion, SAP and Excel or any other similar)
-Advance level of English (minimum B2)
-Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong leadership and focus.
-Experience in presenting and working with senior management.
-Strong project management skills and the ability to translate business issues into financial requirements.
-Technical proficiency with financial application software is essential.
-High level of integrity and self-confidence.
