Administrator

Responsibilities:
• Primary point of contact for the Department team for correspondence and related project documentation.
• Review of documents for completeness and correctness. Maintaining and updating the database and specialized systems, as well as preparing, checking, distributing, and archiving documents and reports on Department projects
• Support the updating and maintenance of internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timeline and project plans with accurate and complete project specific information.

Requirements:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's Degree Life sciences or a related field, one year experience in an administrative environment or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Good word processing skills and knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Good command of English as it is the main language within IQVIA.
• Fluency in Croatian would be a plus
