The Payment Associate in IQVIA

The payment associate is responsible for processing investigator grant payments and providing best-in-class customer service to Global Payment Services team in support of domestic and international study payments.

Daily Responsibilities:

* Responsible for payment file reconciliations in a growing and diverse multi bank model ensuring all trackers are completed appropriately and within standard processing & control guidelines.
* The role serves as the secondary point of customer service contact for the Payments Services on payment inquiries.
* Troubleshoot system issues with our internal IT and banking partners
* Process investigators grant payments and deliver these payments to domestic and international research sites.
Investigate and research payment returns and outstanding checks
* Assist with the Payment Supervisor items SOC 1 Control and oversee the monthly Outstanding Check SOC 1 Control
* Assist in completion of necessary journal entries for the Accounting Dept. on a timely basis for approval by the Payment Manager
* Case management for financial operation inquiries – different ticketing platforms
* Provide payment and technical process support to internal business units
* Cancel/Reissue payments, credit memos, manual transactions, incoming funds entries, transfer of funds.
