We are currently recruiting a Administrator – Polish Speaker
Responsibilities:
• Pimary point of contact for the clinical research team for correspondence and related project documentation.
• Review of documents for completeness and correctness, assistance to clinical trial specialists in maintaining and updating the database and specialized systems, as well as preparing, checking, distributing, and archiving documents and reports on clinical trials.
• Support the updating and maintenance of internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines and project plans with accurate and complete project specific information.
Requirements:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's Degree Life sciences or a related field, one year experience in an administrative environment or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Good word processing skills and knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Good command of English as it is the main language within IQVIA.
• Fluency in Polish as the documentation and communication for this project will happen in Polish.
