Job Overview:
The IQVIA Global Financial Shared Services Automation & Analytics team is currently looking for a Project Management Admin intern, who will assist the Project Management team with tracking, assessing, and keeping up-to-date projects within the team’s scope.
The intern will be responsible for admin activities related to keeping projects on track. This will improve the project’s visibility to management and assist with financial assessments of projects’ success.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing projects’ financial impact on business and recording findings in Jira.
- Tracking tasks related to projects in Jira.
- Organizing and taking part in weekly and daily status calls.
- Noting key follow ups for project members and stakeholders.
- Setting deadlines for project tasks.
- Creating and adjusting timelines based on project teams’ feedback.
- Taking part in business case preparation for projects.
- Assisting the project manager they are assigned to in providing key metrics for projects in their scope.

- Current student of Finance, Project Management, Computer Science or Engineering.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English is essential (written and oral). Certificate will be considered a plus.
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to follow instructions/guidelines.
- Ability to prioritize based on predefined framework.
- Basic knowledge of PowerBI, Excel, SQL or any similar tool will be a plus.
- Current student of Finance, Project Management, Computer Science or Engineering.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
