We’re looking for data lovers to help us automate reporting, design data analytics processes and solve the data problems of our Global Financial Shared Services.

We use Alteryx, Python, Tableau, and other leading technologies to redesign processes using core Automation principles: efficiency, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.

Purpose

As Power Platform Business Architect, you will have overall Business Solution ownership for all TE related Power platform solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring that all related development activities meet with the industry best practices and will be integral to supporting our development teams with the scoping and design approach.

In this role you will be the Lead key expert and support many projects from concept through to implementation, you will also take on projects as a lead developer. You will be expected to create a process for the development of power platform applications and foster this in every day working environment. You will challenge the organizations to improve how we do what we do and offer insight in to processes for leaner ways of working.


Responsibilities

Design and Maintenance of a Power Platform Architecture for our Analytics and Automation Center of Excellence
Design, develop, implement, and maintain services & solutions on a global level
Create a team within our A&A CoE made up of developers and analysts.
Creation of a Power Platform Governance
Take technical responsibility, inform and train your peers and ensure that all developments comply with corporate policies and procedures.
Creation of Automation Products
Provide technical guidance and trainings to Power Platform developers
Be the owner of the Power Platform Governance and ensure that all developments are following the rules and the Power Application Lifecycle Management
Provide technical support to the team resolving application incidents, ensuring quality solution within defined SLAs (service level agreements)
Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365, and SharePoint can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement
Requirements for the employee

General profile:

Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Business Administration, or equivalent experience Req
2+ years of hands-on experience in developing software solutions mainly with MS Power Platform - Power Apps & Power Automate and certified as PowerApps Professional or PowerApps Developer (preferably in Financial Services organizations)
Power Platform Admin Center, Microsoft Azure, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Azure Logic Apps
Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365 including the Azure AD (Active Directory), Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud and MS SharePoint
Knowledge in ELK Solution or similar solutions – ElasticSearch, Logstash and Kibana to support operation and platform health.
Experience with Agile development methodologies & the Application Lifecycle Management
Web technologies experience including Canvas, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, XML, and REST
Understanding of database architectures and technologies (MS SQL, MS Dataverse, MySQL)
Project management experience

A proactive self-starter attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Leading Development Technology:

Alteryx (Alteryx Designer Expert certification – nice to have)
