Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Administrative help in daily operations in Travel & Expense and Corporate Credit Cards administration mainly for United States market:
o Review and approval of T&E reports per corporate accounting guidelines and local statutory requirements
o Review and approval of Corporate Card Applications per corporate and local statutory requirements
o Support Customer Service questions related to expense report processing, corporate credit card usage, reimbursement process
o Perform other duties as assigned
• Cooperation with other Interns and Team members on completion of assigned tasks
• Assisting Team Leader on ad-hoc activites

University student
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
• Working toward a University degree, preferably in related field (Accounting, Finance)
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral)
• Self-motivated, good organizational skills, detail-oriented
• Responsible and reliable
• Computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point).
