Purpose
Develop and configures automation processes as per defined requirements. Develop new processes using core workflow principles of Automation that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.

Identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
Develop and configures automation initiatives.
Develop KPIs. Lead their improvements.
Lead process improvement initiatives.
Analyze operational data in order to provide trends and actionable insights.
Participate in proof of concepts for new Robotic Process Automation (RPA) opportunities.
Develop relationships with Finance departments and other functional teams to identify and address reporting issues.

Bachelor degree – preferrably in Finance
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in accounting / process improvement / business analysis – must have
Previous experience working in SSC environment – big advantage
Previous experience working with ERP (SAP, Oracle) – big advantage
Demonstrable experience with process improvement / robotics / automation – big advantage
Advanced expertise in MS Excel (creation of macros - nice to have)
Previous experience with process improvements / automation
Working knowledge in robotics or any automation tools – nice to have
Preferred Certifications in Business Analysis
Strong communication skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in accounting / process improvement / business analysis – must have
