Job description, responsibilities and duties
As Contract Specialist, you will be directing and managing the delivery of all required local start-up contracting activities for selected sponsors, studies or multi-protocols programs.
What would be your role:
- Serve as a Point of Contact (POC) in assigned studies for internal departments and external clients – hospital representatives and Principal Investigators
- Handle Clinical Trial Agreements (CTA) and amendments for Slovak hospitals, Principal Investigators and their Study team members
- Review, prepare, and negotiate contracts and amendments
- Track fully executed contracts in Sharepoint and CTMS (Clinical Trial Management System) and archive them with help of internal tools
- Provide specialist legal, operational, and financial contracting support to facilitate efficient business development
- Mentor and coach colleagues as required
- Deliver status reports and presentations as required
