The Senior Consultant role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, has strong client relationship skills, and is eager to contribute to impactful projects. 

What will you do:

• Advise clients by providing relevant information about current market conditions and tailor-made solutions to client needs
• Act as a point of contact in running projects within the Industrial Agency; negotiate, coordinate, and manage project at each stage; several projects simultaneously
• Client management - maintain regular personal contact with existing clients and relevant business partners
• Business Development - use business winning capability and networking in business acquisition process to win new potential clients, instructions, or projects:turn leads into deals and secure new lease deals 
• Prepare compelling presentations, proposals, and relevant commercial documentation (financial comparisons, RFPs including commercial terms and contract negotiations, invoicing)
• Represent the company at client events and industry gatherings.
• Actively cooperate in preparation of case studies, marketing materials, database updates and administrative tasks
• Support other team members in expanding our leasing and land scouting services
• Business travel within the scope of the role required
