Senior Project Manager | Austria & Slovak Republic

Ready to lead high-impact fit-out and refurbishment projects across Austria and Slovakia? We're looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to drive client success, expand our market presence, and shape our consultancy services. If you're skilled in project delivery, marketing, pitching, and client management, this is your chance to make a real impact.

Responsibilities:

• Management of several fit out & refurbishment projects – controlling time, cost and quality issues through the planning, permitting, design, tendering and execution stages; German language is a must have
• Day to day delivery of all project tasks
• Formal progress reporting to clients, both local and international
• Negotiate contracts, lease agreements, and procurement deals
• Coordination and management of other consultants, contractors and statutory authorities
• Involvement in the expansion of services offered by the Project & Development Services team, including Technical Due Diligence, Landlord’s Supervision, Planned Maintenance & general technical consultancy
• Meeting clients, pitching, business winning – both local and international clients
• Marketing, including pitches and presentations, preparation of case studies and marketing materials and involvement in the strategic growth of the department
• Cooperation with the wider Project & Development Services teams and support of other business lines across the CEE iO network.
• Business travel within the scope of the role required
