Job description, responsibilities and duties
We're looking for a Product Data Specialist to join our team from Global Business Services (GBS) office in Nové Zámky, Slovakia and play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our product information across digital platforms. From managing databases to ensuring clean, consistent product listings, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our product content up-to-date and flawless. Your task will be to work with product data, documents, create product labels, continues improvement of processes and database interfaces and work with product managers on global level.

What we're looking for (Your profile):
- Education: A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant admin/operations experience in Product data management, e-commerce, product databases
- Knowledge: Understanding of product data, website, product catalogue.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools. Proficiency in Corel Draw and Oracle is an advantage.
- Language Skills: Business fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Personal Attributes:
- You bring structure: strong organizational skills & flexibility to change.
- Ability to understand product databases, product data in the product catalogue on website
- Maintenance of product pictures, documents and marketing texts
- System interfaces and how to apply them to Product data management
- Continuous improvement of processes
- Creation of product labels in Corel draw
- A good team player, proactive in sharing information, and able to achieve sustainable results.
