Job description, responsibilities and duties

Principal accountabilities include:

Responsible for the timely and accurate input of customer orders sourcing to multiple fulfillment centers, including late order tracking.
- Work on various activities such as review and update of daily priority list, customer and product file maintenance.
- Work with Sales Representatives to ensure customer requests and orders are expedited in a timely manner.
- Work with Planning, Scheduling, Production and Shipping to ensure on-time shipments of all assigned accounts as well as managing inventory in a cost effective manner.
- Develop a proactive stance in dealing with all customer service related problems and work with supervisor to help resolve issues and implement corrective action plans where needed.

At least 3+ years' experience in Customer Service.
Must possess strong oral and written communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills which are essential in helping to build relationships with various levels of the business as well as with external customer accounts.
Previous experience working in a high volume
Candidates must have excellent organizational, administrative, follow up and analytical abilities.
Experience entering a high volume of order data daily with low error rate.
Must be able to work independently without close supervision in a team environment.
Must be able to display enthusiastic, customer-focused, professional quality with solid retention skills.
