Job description, responsibilities and duties

The CreditFlow is used in the bank to approve the entire retail loan portfolio (mortgage loans, consumer loans, credit cards, authorized overdrafts) and also to detect fraud within the loan portfolio. Depending on the acquired knowledge and experience, the candidate will be involved in all phases of the application development life cycle:

Modeling and programming of new functional requirements based on the requirements of business owners (business requirements, legislative requirements, risk policies),

BPM Solution Design:
To design/program BPM solutions using appropriate tools and methodologies to address business needs and requirements. This involves creating process models, workflow diagrams, and business rules that define the flow of work and decision-making logic within the organization.

Integration with Enterprise Systems:
To integrate BPM solutions with existing internal and external systems through web services, database APIs and connectors to enable seamless data exchange and interoperability between BPM and other systems. in the Java programming language. Work with sensitive data.

Risk Management:
They collaborate with risk management teams to develop and implement risk models, analytics, and reporting tools to assess and mitigate credit-related risks. This includes monitoring credit exposures, analyzing credit portfolios, and implementing risk management frameworks to comply with regulatory requirements.

Documentation and Communication:
To document technical solutions, design decisions, and problem-solving strategies to share knowledge and insights with team members. To communicate effectively with stakeholders, explaining technical concepts in clear and concise terms and soliciting feedback to ensure alignment with project goals.

Problem Analysis and Troubleshooting:
Play a key role in diagnosing and troubleshooting problems. To analyze error logs, debug code, and investigate root causes to identify the underlying issues. To use their BPM knowledge and programming languages, frameworks, and tools to pinpoint and resolve technical issues efficiently

Maintenance and Support:
To provide ongoing maintenance and support for deployed software applications, including troubleshooting issues, applying patches and updates, and implementing enhancements based on user feedback and evolving requirements. To monitor system health, address incidents and service requests, and ensure the reliability and availability of software systems.
