IT & System Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT & System Manager to lead and coordinate our IT team and ensure the development of internal systems and infrastructure within the company. This role combines technical leadership and hands-on development with day-to-day team coordination.

Workload split:

• 40% Management – coordinating the IT team, setting up internal processes, communication with leadership and management
• 60% Development – active programming (C# .NET), solution architecture, code reviews, technical support

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and support a small team of junior IT specialists
• Implement and configure a new internal information system
• Set up systems from technical, security, and user perspectives
• Develop and maintain internal applications
• Collaborate with software vendors and internal departments
• Train and support users during system deployment
• Monitor system performance and continuously optimize functionality
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement improvements
• Participate in solution architecture and tool selection
