In March 2018, we are going to open our first Slovak branch directly at Bratislava Airport.
We are looking for motivated, self-driven, customer service oriented colleagues to form our new Slovak team full-time or part-time.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Advanced (C1) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• completed education, min. level secondary education (Matura or equivalent)
• native Slovak language skills
• good knowledge of English, both written and spoken (min. B2)
• any other foreign language highly welcome
• good communication skills
• adequate computer skills
• previous work experience in a similar position or dealing with face to face customer service
• no criminal record
• Slovak National Bank fake money detection training certificate is an advantage

Interchange is an FX and Money transfer business operating in several continents with over
1000 locations. The company was founded 27 years ago and is growing constantly with both territory
and product expansion. Our branch will cover our three main revenue streams, Foreign Exchange, Money Transfer via Western Union and VAT Refund.
