Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Communication with customers, confirmation of the orders.
- Securing customer solutions and timely escalation.
- Creating of shipping documents.
- Communication with other departments.
- Creation of invoices, including credit and debit notes.
- Working with database system, customer data records.
- Responsibility for customer price lists.
- Checking contracts for logistics department.
- Creating the reports and statistics.
- Responsibility for the orders of the partner companies and suppliers and preparing corresponding delivery program.
- Responsibility for compliance with the delivery dates, on-time delivery od suppliers.
- Maintaining and optimizing the article master data and dispatch data for additional purchase.
- Participating on fulfilling the goals and following the logistic goals.
- Other tasks assigned by superior.
