As part of our continued growth, we are expanding within our Corporate Travel Services and are seeking a highly organised, commercially aware, and client-focused Niche Corporate Travel Specialist to join the team.
This is not a traditional travel consultant role.
We are looking for somebody who understands the nuances of high-touch corporate travel management. Somebody capable of owning the entire client journey from enquiry through to post-travel support, while building trusted long-term relationships with clients operating in fast-paced international environments.
The Role
The successful candidate will manage complex global corporate travel arrangements for premium clients, acting as both a travel specialist and trusted account liaison.
You will be responsible for delivering seamless, highly personalised travel solutions while managing client expectations, supplier coordination, operational execution, and ongoing account servicing.
This role requires somebody commercially minded, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and comfortable communicating directly with demanding international clients and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience within corporate travel management, business travel, VIP servicing, luxury travel, concierge, or other niche high-service environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end corporate travel arrangements for international clients
Handle complex itineraries including flights, hotels, ground transportation, rail, visas, and ancillary services
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and VIP clients
Act as the main point of contact and liaison throughout the travel process
Provide proactive, high-touch support before, during, and after travel
Work closely with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and partners globally
Ensure smooth handling of schedule changes, disruptions, and urgent travel requirements
Support account management activities and contribute to long-term client retention
Maintain traveller profiles, preferences, and service standards
Utilise GDS systems efficiently, with a strong preference for Amadeus
Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance service offering and client experience
Deliver exceptional communication and response times in a fast-moving environment

Previous experience within corporate travel is essential
Experience within luxury travel, concierge, VIP servicing, or HNWI/UHNWI environments is highly advantageous
Strong GDS knowledge, ideally Amadeus
Confident managing international and multi-sector itineraries
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Comfortable dealing directly with clients and senior stakeholders
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure
Flexible approach to working hours when required due to international client needs
Commercial awareness and understanding of premium service standards
Fluent English is essential
Additional languages are considered a strong advantage
