Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Corporate Affairs Director will be a trusted, strategic partner to the company and executive leadership team. This key role is responsible for overseeing corporate affairs and ensuring smooth coordination across various departments within the organization. This role requires a combination of high-level organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the owner, executive office and other departments, ensuring effective communication and the timely flow of critical information.
- Manage and prioritize corporate daily agenda for C-level executives, meetings, and travel schedule, ensuring alignment with business goals and personal commitments.
- Prepare and review key reports, presentations, and documents for the corporate meetings with senior executives, clients, and stakeholders.
- Oversee internal corporate affairs, ensuring smooth operations within departments.
- Manage sensitive corporate and personal matters, including coordinating communications, internal and external meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Manage all family office-related activities, including but not limited to travel, events, and personal logistics.
- Oversee family office budgets and expenses, ensuring that they are within financial guidelines and avoiding overspending.
- Manage corporate budgets, specifically for travel, meetings, and family office expenditures, ensuring that resources are used efficiently.
- Analyse financial performance, identify opportunities for cost savings, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Maintain records of all expenses and prepare financial updates for review.
- Supervise and manage the corporate team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Offer strategic insights to enhance business operations, organizational effectiveness, and project outcomes.

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in executive management, corporate affairs, or family office-related roles, with a proven track record of managing complex operations.
- Fluent English skills, both written and verbal. Additional languages are a plus.
- Strong background in handling executive-level support and family office management.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and analyzing financial data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and improve organizational efficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and adjust quickly to changing priorities.
- Deep understanding of corporate governance, business operations, and family office management.
