Job description, responsibilities and duties

As an Night Shift Travel Manager you will be responsible for managing travel and lifestyle requests of only the wealthiest elite Clients who prefer a privileged and exclusive luxury lifestyle. You will be a part of unique Luxury Experts team and enjoy providing round-the-clock access to Insignia's full range of services every day of the year. The role is office based and is to cover the night shifts with a three days on and three days off working rotation.

Key responsibilities:

- Answering incoming calls from 22:00 PM till 7:00 AM
- Assistance with urgent flights, hotels bookings
- Controlling clients’ requests from 22:00 PM till 7:00 AM
- Preparing presentations on hotels, restaurants, etc
- Booking restaurants and night clubs
- Filling in CRM database

- 1+ years of experience in lifestyle management, concierge, travel, luxury or VIP sales sector, personal/family lifestyle coordination, secretary assistance
- Self-sufficient and minimal supervision
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Well-developed stress management skills
- Good organizational skills
- Self-motivated and creative
- Exercise discretion in all matters and be comfortable handling confidential information
- Confident when using a computer and office equipment
- Languages: Fluency in English. Other languages are advantage.
