Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Cooperate with clients and consult them on financial and technical aspects of the Company services and products
• Cooperate and communicate with clients on:
- Cards issuing and delivery
- Spending limits on card products
- Cards blocking and closing
- Debt payments
- Invoices preparation
- Claims management
• Participation in customer service surveys
• Preparation of daily reports on client transactions;
• Preparations of monthly reports for clients.
• Work with CRM and internal documents.

• Client relationship experience in front-office or middle-office in financial institutions;
• Bachelor degree in economics;

• The ability to stay calm under pressure;
• Self-organized and attentive to details;
• Self-motivated and creative;
• Languages: fluent English and Russian.
