Head of Operations

Head of Operations is responsible for the overall management of multi-functional area, aiming to support  business activities of InoBat driven by current customer requirements as well as for the definition, implementation and management of effective and efficient processes in Procurement, IT, logistics and supply, HSE and facility management. 

Main responsibilities:

• Establishing effective function of operations in InoBat organization;
• Setting-up the processes that support timely delivery of business needs in line with Programs timeline;
• Designing and implementing effective, efficient and sound governance across multi-functions within Operations area with specific focus on Procurement and Supply chain;
• Assuring cost-effective decisions;
• Defining and managing of the budget;
• Establishing and managing planning, monitoring, reporting and evaluating principles across all processes within Operations area, assuring timely monitoring and reporting on KPIs and defining improvement actions to prevent any deviation from defined performance targets;
• Supporting digitalization of the processes in line with IT strategy and current needs of the Programs with special focus on functioning and proper us of such systems as ERP, PLM, MES;
• Implementing ESG and Sustainability requirements and KPIs into the processes with specific attention to Sustainable procurement practices;
• Assuring high -standards of Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Safety and Fire protection and Environmental management;
• Steering operational excellence and quality standards across operational processes;
• Establishing effective relationship with other functions in InoBat organization, promoting alignment on activities and searching for  synergies;
• Participating in Company projects and initiatives;
• Managing relations with external stakeholders in relation to the processes within Operations area, contributing to the positive perception of InoBat as a reliable business partner.
