Quality system engineer

As Quality System Engineer your main purpose will be:

Support of company IMS development, standards and process description.

Manage the audit program fulfillment & audit nonconformities closure.

Besides of other responsibilities, main responsibilities are:

• Understand the certification standard‘s requirements, their regular verification.
• Support with Integration of all company certification systems (the ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9100 / (IATF 16949) ESG) to certified system according to ISO 9001.
• Support within the creation & implementation of the integrated management system (IMS).
• Develop and update the IMS according to actual status of standards.
• Support process owners to describe the company processes and create the official company documentation – policy, procedure, form, manual and implement the standard’s requirement (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS / EN 9100, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
• Verification of drafted documentation.
• Support with coordination, monitoring and reporting the status of IMS by management review.
• Support of management of the certification process with CB.
• Support of creation & development of the audit management process.
• Audit program for system, process, product audits output management, NC management.
• Substitution in training process for the employee & newcomer to IMS, certification & Quality requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Knowledge of the requirements for the management system in regards with the relevant standards ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, VDA 6.3.

- Knowledge of EN / AS 9100 an advantage.

- Experience with the application of quality tools as a moderator.

- Experience with process and system audit as support.

- English advanced level (everyday use speaking and writing)

- ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 or EN/AS 9100 – training execution level

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

- Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 27001 (TISAX) - advantage

- Product auditor, Documentation management, APQP process

- MS Office
