Compliance Lawyer

• Developing and implementing company policies and procedures that meet regulatory requirements at all national and international levels as well as sector-specific rules and regulations outlined by relevant regulatory authorities. 
  
• Ensuring that employees, management and board level directors operate with the due diligence and integrity required to protect the company against legal risk. 
• Advising relevant teams on legal or regulatory issues regarding public procurement, sales, marketing, vendors, products or projects. 
• Designing and delivering training to employees, management and the board regarding compliance procedures. 
• Staying abreast of any changes to laws or sector specific regulations and keeping the rest of the company up to date with any changes through communication and training. 
• Providing support to any investigations or audits into company compliance. 
• Working closely with business and management teams for consistent enforcement of policies and when responding to compliance violations. 
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents and providing legal support as a business partner, if needed. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 yearsin Law firm or/and as an In-house Lawyer
• Good understanding ofregulatory environment of the company,
• Perfectly experienced incorporate law and procedures;
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity;
• Sound judgment and ability to analyze situations and information;
• Outstanding communication skills.
