Job description, responsibilities and duties

PR & Communications Specialist is a multifaceted professional responsible for coordinating strategic communication efforts and promoting brand visibility. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives, managing public relations activities, and ensuring effective internal communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Planning, drafting and distributing key documents and messages (e.g. press releases, media packages, marketing materials, etc.)
• Maintaining of the PR calendar and management, planning and logistics for key events (conferences, roadshows)
• Social media and web site maintaining, recommending and executing of website and campaign optimizations
• Developing and implementing marketing plans
• Conducting market research to establish customer trends and habits, competitor offerings and demographic data
• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers through prospecting and networking
• Promoting brand awareness through marketing efforts
• Supporting the marketing team with marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, including optimization, advertising, social media, direct marketing, and event planning
• Assisting with the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
• Liaising with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies
• Investigating the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics
• Creating innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management
• Co-creating the internal communication strategy to maximize the firm’s internal communication effectiveness and strengthen the branding and corporate identity
• Ensuring that communication and messages are informative, transparent, accurate, consistent up-to-date and engaging
• Planning and overseeing the content development for internal communications channels (Intranet, newsletters, E-mails,..)
• Developing internal communication channels and programs
• Supporting HR with employer branding, close work with company’s ambassadors
• Supporting organization of internal employee events
• Preparing of ad hoc analysis
• Other tasks assigned by the Employer

Brief description of the company

InoBat is a Slovakia-based company established in January 2019 aiming to create an R&D cluster and accelerator focusing on the development of battery solutions in the energy and e-mobility sectors. InoBat develops technologies with international partners looking to expand their global reach to the European continent in general, especially Central and Eastern Europe.

InoBat Auto, one of its flagship projects, is a Slovak battery production and R&D company. Together with its technological partner Wildcat Discovery Technologies, its aim is to build the first vehicle lithium-ion battery production line and research center in Slovakia.
