Quality Specialist Production Process

Quality Specialist Production Process will be responsible for conducting visual and quality checks during the in-process inspection and measurement tests in the laboratory according to valid internal documents and customer requirements.

- Conduct in-process inspection visual and measurement checks on goods and production processes;
- release confirm or block non-conform material physically and in the ERP system;
- participate in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions;
- prepare quality specifications and related documents (Quality alerts, instructions,..);
- control and assessment of discarded material from production;
- maintain cleanliness requirements in production and laboratory premises;
- ensure all products flow through the inspection department;
- ensure all incidents of non-conformance are recorded;
- cooperate in the creation of border and production samples;
- support and participate in process improvement activities;
- write simple quality reports and provide results within the QA department;
- work in ERP system;
- follow all relevant health and safety regulations;
other duties as assigned
