Senior Associate

Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing and Execution
• Liaise with fund managers and network with industry professionals with the aim of growing the company’s pipeline for future investment
• Conduct and lead a thorough due diligence process with a view to grow the company’s portfolio (financial, legal, etc.) with a view to recommend and make an informed investment decision
• Build and review complex financial models
• Compile reports and prospectus for new and existing products

2. Portfolio Management
• Existing investments monitoring and reporting
• Liaising with portfolio companies’ management team on a regular basis
• Valuation analysis on a single investment and portfolio basis
3. Structuring
• Conduct fund structuring analyses to determine the best move forward depending on the underlying products and asset class
• Liaise with the legal and administration departments on structuring issues
4. Market Watch
• Monitor closely financial press and keep a track of market trends, opportunities, risks and new investment products;
