SPA Manager

Duties include: 

 Training, Coaching Staff on Policies, Procedures, improvements and brands

 Working hands on in Spa whilst managing team

 Develop training, coaching, and mentoring plans for SPA team.

 Responsible for scheduling shifts for Therapists and Esthetician Teams

 Overall Responsibility for Spa - Customers, Employees, and Facilities

Job Requirements

 2 years of spa or management experience required

 Customer service and sales experience a must

 Ability to effectively communicate with management, sales teams,

Therapists/Estheticians, guests on membership benefits, and Spa policies and

procedures

 Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun and fast paced environment

 Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients,

Spa owners and sales staff
