Why This Job Is Exciting:

At Innovatrics, we design biometric technologies used in secure onboarding, border control, elections, and digital ID across 80+ countries. As an Integration Consultant, you will directly contribute to the success of embedded and mobile biometric deployments by bridging our technical offerings with customer needs.

In your first months, you’ll explore:

  • Deep dive in our technology and products, understanding the SDKs, components and use-cases
  • Assisting customers with integration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Porting and optimizing biometric SDKs (C++/Rust libraries) for embedded and mobile platforms.

As you settle into the role, you’ll start contributing by:

  • Supporting our customers with example implementations and integration testing.
  • Conducting customer workshops, demos, PoC implementations, and trainings.
  • Creating structured documentation and deployment guides.
  • Converting neural network models for NPUs and integrating them with embedded APIs.

Within your first year, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with sales and R&D teams to align features with market needs.
  • Influence technical roadmaps based on hands-on customer feedback.
  • Own the delivery of biometric integrations for strategic OEM partners.

What You’ll Help Build:

You will contribute to the deployment of embedded biometric systems, optimizing neural network models and integrating AI inference tools into real-world use cases. Your work will be instrumental in:

  • Delivering high-performance biometric solutions on resource-constrained platforms.
  • Supporting customer integrations with tailored use case examples.
  • Extending documentation and training materials to scale adoption and understanding.

Personality requirements and skills

About You:

You have a strong background in embedded systems, AI model deployment, and technical communication. You enjoy solving practical integration challenges and collaborating with customers, engineers, and sales teams.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with embedded Linux, RTOS, or bare-metal environments, including cross-compilation and performance tuning.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ (11/14/17); familiarity with Rust and Kotlin (Android) is a plus.
  • Ability to convert and optimize neural network models (TensorFlow Lite, ONNX, etc.) for NPUs, TPUs, and DSPs.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting and debugging skills for embedded/mobile platforms.
  • Strong documentation, presentation, and training capabilities.
  • Experience in customer support, technical sales, or pre-sales is a plus.

  • Programming: C, C++, Rust (optional), Kotlin, Python, Bash
  • Frameworks: TensorFlow Lite, ONNX, OpenVINO, TensorRT
  • Platforms: ARM Cortex-A/Cortex-M, embedded Linux, Yocto, Buildroot
  • Concepts: Neural network quantization, pruning, acceleration, biometric data protection
