Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti

We’re searching for an inspired Financial Controller to lead our Finance & Accounting operations. As our company grows and adapts, you’ll be crucial in shaping our financial strategy and improving how we do business.

Your Role:

  • Provide, develop and present insightful financial reports and analyzes to drive strategic decisions, using advanced data modeling tools.
  • Forecast financial outcomes and lead financial planning for key projects and initiatives, aligning with our long-term goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the CFO and senior leadership to refine budgeting practices and enhance financial governance.
  • Spearhead the enhancement of our financial systems, ensuring they are robust and scalable to support our growth and the seamless integration of cutting-edge management tools.
  • Identify and rectify process inefficiencies, implementing innovative solutions to bolster financial integrity and streamline reporting.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support the implementation of business strategies, aiding in their successful execution.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and maintain rigorous risk, control, and audit standards.
  • Uphold the highest standards of accuracy and integrity in all aspects of accounting and financial control.

Who You Are:

  • You hold a degree in Economics, Science, Accounting, or Business Administration and are fluent in English.
  • You bring at least 3 years of experience in financial roles, ideally within dynamic settings where you have been a catalyst for change.
  • Your expertise includes the rollout of comprehensive business management systems, enhancing financial operations and data visibility.
  • A strategic thinker with robust analytical skills and a structured approach to solving complex problems.
  • An adaptive leader, ready to thrive in an evolving environment and drive transformation within financial operations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Experience with advanced reporting tools like (e.g. Qlik or Graphana) is beneficial, as is a background in agile work environments.
