Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are seeking a dynamic Revenue Operations Manager to optimize and streamline our revenue processes across sales and marketing. You will have the opportunity to design and implement innovative processes that directly enhance our operational efficiency and contribute to our bottom line. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a robust revenue operations framework that aligns with our business objectives across different geographic regions & products
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of our sales funnel and customer lifecycle to identify bottlenecks, opportunities, and strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business processes, enhancing data flow between marketing & sales
  • Manage and optimize CRM and other sales & marketing tools to ensure they are fully utilized, integrated and tailored to team needs.
  • Lead the charge in forecasting, reporting, and analytics, delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and improve overall efficiency.
  • Design and oversee the execution of training programs for sales and marketing teams to maximize the effectiveness of our revenue operations infrastructure.
  • Implement industry best practices in revenue operations to maintain and advance our competitive position.

CRM (Customer Relationship Management) - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

  • Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations or a similar role, preferably within the B2B / B2G technology sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to oversee and manipulate large data sets to understand trends, provide insights, and drive decisions.
  • Proficient in CRM software, with hands-on experience in systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Superior communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex concepts and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • A deep understanding of the sales and marketing process, particularly in a tech-driven environment.
  • Agile and innovative thinker, continuously seeking new ways to improve processes and implement best-in-class revenue operations practices.
