As an IT Support Specialist, you will be a pivotal member of our team, playing a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and ensuring that our employees have the necessary resources to succeed.
Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Providing comprehensive and responsive first- and second-line IT support for a wide range of incidents, problems, and service requests.
- Handling the installation, diagnosis, minor repairs, maintenance, and upgrading workstations, to maintain optimal workstation performance.
- Proactively troubleshooting issues (either in person or remotely) and providing timely and effective assistance to end-users.
- Educating employees on hardware and software usage, IT security practices, and new IT solutions through comprehensive onboarding and general IT training sessions.
- Optimizing and streamlining workflows and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of both IT support staff and end-users.

- Knowledge of Linux OS, Mac OS X is an advantage
- Knowledge of desktop virtualization technologies is an advantage
- Knowledge of Atlassian products is an advantage
- Communicativeness and pro-customer approach
- Active knowledge of the English language
