Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Innovatrics, you'll lead vital aspects of our talent acquisition process. This involves collaborating with managers to understand staffing needs, creating customized recruitment strategies, and proactively sourcing candidates through various channels. You'll assess candidates comprehensively, not only for skills but also for cultural fit, ensuring fairness and respect throughout the process. Maintaining meticulous records and providing transparent, positive candidate experience are integral to your role. Your work will directly impact our ability to attract and retain top talent, contributing to our company's success.

Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing and Acquisition

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Utilize talent market insights and research to influence sourcing strategy
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending job offers.

Candidate Assessment

• Evaluate candidates through structured interviews, reference checks, and skills assessments.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers, facilitating effective decision-making.

Candidate Experience

• Ensuring a positive and respectful candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and keeping candidates informed about their status and next steps.

Data and Reporting

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, generating reports, and analyzing recruitment data to drive informed decisions.
• Employ deep recruiting pipeline knowledge or experience to identify industry best practices and evaluate competitors.

Culture and Brand

• Promote Innovatrics values and culture in day-to-day work.
• Partner with the marketing team to driver engaging employer brand content and enhance networks and partnerships.
