Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Leading a small team of Annotators
- Analyzing International Identity Documents (Identifying country of origin, alphabet, ID type, issue date, …)
- Working with annotation tool (internal graphic editor for further Identity Documents preparation and processing)
- Preparation of input materials for neural network training aiming to for neural network training to correctly recognize font type and font size
- Setting up a trained neural network and configuring it for correct extraction of information from Identity Documents
- Active cooperation with other internal teams (BE / Algo)
- Management, organization and motivation of the entrusted team
- Prioritization of tasks, their distribution and control

Personality requirements and skills
- University degree in IT, previous experience as a team leader or coordinator (min. 2 years)
- Detail-oriented, able to follow process guidelines
- Strong sense of ownership and drive
- Accuracy at speed and reliable performance on repetitive tasks
- Ability to communicate your thought process and decision making
- An analytical mindset and an ability to find patterns
- Experience in a QA role is a plus
- Previous experience with image annotation is a plus
