We are looking for an experienced senior DevOps engineer who actively participates in the creation and improvement of our DevOps concepts.
Your work will contribute to making the life of development and delivery teams easier and ensure all deployments are automated, up to date and secure. Our product team needs your help when creating, maintaining and improving their automation processes and deployments..
Innovatrics' products are based on biometric technology and help people verify their identities more easily. For example they simplify elections, improve the work of investigators, etc.

Your work will contribute to making the life of development and delivery teams easier and ensure all deployments are automated, up to date and secure. Our product team needs your help when creating, maintaining and improving their automation processes and deployments..

Responsibilities
- Automate deployment processes with GitLab, Docker and Hashicorp products like Terraform, Nomad, Vault, Consul
- Create and maintain cloud environments in AWS, as well as local environments
- Maintain and improve monitoring of environments (Prometheus, Jaeger, Grafana, TimescaleDB)
- Communicate and closely cooperate with our development and delivery teams
- Consult and create new concepts which might help developers automate/simplify processes
- Implement and improve agreed security concepts on infrastructural level

Personality requirements and skills
- Strong agile mindset and first-hand experiences within DevOps
- Hands-on experience with public cloud provides (e.g. AWS, GCP or Azure),
- Experience with modern DevOps pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI, Jenkins)
- Hands on experience with AWS and any infrastructure-as-code tool (e.g. Terraform or alike)
- Knowledge of advanced concepts for storage of secrets (e.g. Vault)
- Working knowledge of any Workload Orchestration tool (e.g. Nomad, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with Service mesh principle (e.g. Consul + Envoy)
- Ideally, knowledge with relevant architectures, principles, technologies, and operations such as: Cloud-native architectures, hybrid systems / Serverless-architectures, microservice and API / Docker Containers (creation and usage) / Automatization of CI/CD-Pipelines (e.g. GitLab, Jenkins, Ansible) / Environment and Application Monitoring (e.g. Prometheus, Jaeger, Grafana)
- Knowledge of common security concepts and technical procedures to implement them
- You can work in a team and have above-average analytical and conceptual skills as well as assertiveness
