Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for an experienced senior Digital Product Designer who enjoys actively participating in the creation and improvement of products through design thinking. If you like to work in a design team, you combine research, prototyping, testing, you pack it all in a nice package and you hand over the UI to the developers in a clear design system, then this job is for you and we’ll be very pleased to see some of your work.
Our design team consists of a small number of people with a large visual and user impact on all the company's products. Your work will contribute to making life easier for millions of people around the world.
Innovatrics' products are based on biometric technology and help people more easily verify their identities, for example at online banks or elections, improve the work of investigators, make it easier to move around the building etc. In addition, we have Innovatrics Ventures, where we try to create new products using the lean method, so the work is diverse.
What would you do?
- Collaborate with product managers, designer, UI developers and management of product
team
- Be responsible for product design of one or two products
- Be the chief proponent of the user
- Basic research related to design
- Wireframes, storyboards or user flows based on the design sprint or research
- Prototyping and the subsequent verification / and testing with users
- Design User Interface of web tools and mobile applications
- Create and maintain design systems for individual products
- Export design for UI development and subsequent control of its implementation

Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Master's degree)
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
Successful completion of several digital products
- Ability to use Figma and a pencil with paper (if you are used to Sketch, we will help you with the transition. You can also use Photoshop or Illustrator here and there).
- Broader knowledge of UX principles and methods
- Experience with the creation of wireframes, storyboards or user flows
- Experience with mobile and web application prototyping
- Experience with basic user research and testing
- Sense of nice UI design and knowledge of design trends in UI
- Experience with the creation of design systems
- Being a self-thinking designer and a team player at the same time
Nice to have:
- Working experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Ability to extend your design ideas with animations (in any tool)
- Ability to use Figma and a pencil with paper (if you are used to Sketch, we will help you with the transition. You can also use Photoshop or Illustrator here and there).
