Innovations, latest technologies, high performance & quality. As an innovative SW company, we are continuously coming up with ideas for development of new biometric products as well as improvements of the existing ones. The Product Manager is a crucial role for us - you will be deeply involved in building the product strategy, oversee its development and guiding its path on the international market.
Responsibilities
- Define a strategy and development roadmap of a given products portfolio
- Identify opportunities for product innovations and enhancements, come up with ideas for new products and features
- Be responsible for the product requirements lifecycle
- Closely cooperate with SW development teams in order to deliver product releases on time and in expected quality
- Oversee competition and market trends of a given products portfolio
- Support sales and marketing with the necessary product knowledge and expertise
- Conduct product presentations, develop sales tools and sales training materials
- Support pilot programs of early-stage products and PoCs
- Analyze potential partner relationships for the product
- Continuously propose improvements of the processes related to product management
- Occasionally travel to exhibitions or key clients to support the given product (explain the benefits, key features and possible use cases of our products to existing and potential customers)

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Bachelor's degree)
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- University degree, preferably in computer science area
- Strong technical background
- Experience with software analysis and design
- Ability to take the ownership and responsibility for given SW products, strategic thinking
- Overview of trends and latest technologies on IT market
- Analytical approach to solving complex problems, orientation on detail
- Ability to manage meetings and lead related discussions on a professional level
- Familiarity with agile SW development methodologies
- Friendly attitude and willingness to help others
- A desire to learn new domain (biometrics)
- Advanced spoken and written command of the English language
- Occasional travel (important exhibitions, conferences, and visits to our key customers)
