IT Operations Manager

- Responsible for overall direction and operation of internal services and technologies
- Leads and coordinates the team of system administrators and support specialists
- Ensures and facilitates prompt response of the team to the needs of internal users of HW/SW
- Takes initiative in definition, design, and implementation of service operational processes, procedures and tooling
- Writes operational documentation and ensures it is up to date
- Partners with other leaders across the organization, maintains a close relationship with technology & business teams
- Tracks key operational metrics and delivers on strategic initiatives
