Job description, responsibilities and duties
Participate in the development and optimization of new and existing products in laboratory and manufacturing environments.
Prepare, review, and maintain development-related documentation, including specifications, reports, protocols, and records.
Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance and other departments to ensure successful product implementation.
Monitor and evaluate applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, and industry guidelines relevant to product development activities.

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
Familiarity with food, dietary supplement, or pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality management principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Good organizational and documentation skills.
Proactive attitude and willingness to continuously develop professional knowledge and skills.
Good communication skills in English and Hungarian.
