- Ensuring efficient purchasing of trading
goods mainly located in Asia
- Improving procurement performance (lead
time – logistics)
- Solving operational problems related to the
purchase
- Negotiating the terms and conditions
- Cooperating with quality and regulatory
department
- Performing regular benchmarks of the
assigned categories
- Identifying cost reduction opportunities
together with the supply base
- Optimizing inventories
- Auditing suppliers (on-site inspections)
- Business travel
- Phone/Teams conference calls with
manufacturing sites
- Reporting
