IT project lead

As an IT Project Lead you are the link between our customer and our own Ingram Micro IT development team. As an enterprising team player, you have a passion for solving complex issues, implementing improvements and innovating and optimizing existing solutions and processes together with your team and the business.

What are the duties and responsibilities of an IT Project Lead

• Successfully participate in delivery (international) IT related projects and establishing open productive cooperation relationships;
• Ensuring a structured and professional project approach;
• Planning and coordinate projects and change requests;
• Functionally translating of the wishes of internal and external customers into innovative IT solutions that fit within the ICT policy and adjust where necessary during the test phase;
• Functional coordination with project team employees;
• Providing timely and correct information about the project status;
• Ensuring project reviews and measurement of results (KPIs);
• Ensuring that the projects and change requests are delivered with the desired quality, within the agreed time and cost-efficiently;
• Sparring partner for the customer and the operational organization.
