Financial Markets (FM) eServices is a department within Financial Markets (FM) as part of ING Wholesale Banking. Spread across Amsterdam and Bratislava, eServices provide services to financial markets clients worldwide. The aim of FM eServices is to facilitate global market access on trading venues while maintaining operational compliance through coordinated market relationships, business process configuration and controlled access, thus enabling and supporting compliant markets. FM eServices apply ING’s One Agile Way Of Working (WoW) principles.
As an eServices Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:
As an eServices Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:
- Execution of daily activities to enable clients and their products on electronic trading venues, including onboarding clients, maintaining their compliant venue set-ups, and offboarding;
- Ensuring a compliant and secure access of internal clients (aka traders) to electronic trading platforms;
- Cooperation with colleagues in financial markets to deliver the best service and effectively manage the relationship with our internal and external clients and stakeholders;
- Identification, analysis and resolution of operational issues related to client and product enablement on trading venues;
- Continuous improvement through bringing and implementing bold ideas leading to increased efficiency, sustainability and resilience.

Competencies and experience:
- 3-4 years previous experience in a multinational company, preferably a financial institution. Previous experience in financial markets is a big advantage;
- Skilled in MS Office tools, mainly Outlook and Excel;
- Fluent and confident in English (minimum B2 level, written and spoken);
- Demonstrable experience in client communication;
- Demonstrable presentation skills.
