Business Data Specialist

ING Wholesale Banking (WB) has been helping clients across the world to build successful businesses for more than 200 years. We are looking for a Business Data Specialist as completaly new created role at ING Hubs Slovakia to support our Wholesale bank businesses over 40 countries. If you are an independent thinker, a team player, someone that embraces ING’s orange code values and who can help us to take Corporate Customer Data Management - "Know Your Customer" (KYC) to the next level

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Reconciliation of KYC data between multiple internal applications
• Data quality remediation, and root cause analysis based on pulled reports, system discrepancies
• Monitoring data flows and detecting abnormalities in internal databases
• Solving finded issues
• Proper communication with involved parties
• Provide regular incident report and analysis to key stakeholders

Suitable candidate should have:

• Knowledge of SQL would be really a huge benefit. We would like to welcome someone with hands on SQL knowledge/experience however our position is not linked with SQL jobs. On the other hand, this work is still attractive enough with day-to-day challanges
• Experience in the field of data administration, data processing, data evaluating
• Advanced Excel capabilities
• Good communication skills and analytical thinking
• Knowledge of KYC domain is a plus
