Business Controls Officer for KYC/TAX domain

Within our Super Circle Operational Controls, teams of experts are responsible for ensuring ING is in control of our products, services, and day to day operations.

You will be a member of the team of experts, global ING framework Policy Champions and Business Controls specialists in KYC and TAX area, set the standards for their expertise area and take responsibility for developing, innovating and safeguarding knowledge in the field of expertise. You would be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and implementing risk control measures within your organization.

You act as ING Global Business controls officer responsible for:

• Supporting Framework implementation in all ING locations
• Coordination of the Key Control monitoring Globally
• Data management of behalf of the locations globally – data quality tracking and resolving and issue reporting
• As part of your job, you are expected to create and maintain a structural and positive relationships with the business (SPOC) and 2nd line of defense (compliance).

You will possess adequate knowledge of the business (organizational, process, people) and the corresponding value chain and you are up to date with business developments with NFR impact.
