Responsibilities


  • Support the senior management team by contributing towards strategy development and implementation
  • Provide up-to-date management information on a wide variety of metrics in a visually pleasing manner
  • Assist in the planning, logistics, and execution of various corporate events – from Offsite Conferences to company-wide Christmas parties
  • Act as the linking pin between ING Hubs Slovakia Management Team and the global ING community
  • Take on ad hoc projects in areas of personal interest as well as where the organization needs your skills most
  • Ensure travel arrangements and agendas of the Management Team are booked on-time, within budget, and communicated to stakeholders

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

General Experience:


  • Minimally 5 years’ experience working in a corporate environment, preferably with senior management
