Tasks and responsibilities of our Chief Finance Officer:



  • Co-create the organization’s strategy and execute daily on activities and plans to bring the strategy to life
  • Create and implement plans to help the organization and peers to be successful from a finance, tax, and procurement perspective
  • In collaboration with business peers, consult & advise upon, develop, and deliver the organization’s annual budget and provide continuous support of the rolling-forecast
  • Ensure all business plans are aligned with the organization’s short-, mid-, and long-term goals and strategy and hold key projects and programs to account to stay on time and within budget
  • Ensure control over, and data integrity of, finance-feed systems and use data to drive objective decision-making
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of financial experts and collaborate with them to enact the organization’s financial strategy and goals
  • Communicate in an open, transparent, and convincing manner the organization’s financial state; challenge colleagues to align with overall Group financial strategy and relay the macro and micro-economic trends and reality impacting the organization’s market position
  • Use knowledge, skills, and experience to provide financial and management accounting to local and global stakeholders while training and coaching team members to grow in these capabilities and the interpretation of financial data and reports
  • Ensure the organization is compliant with all local, regional (i.e. EU), and Group policies and procedures
